Join the Wheeling Park District for an enchanting event filled with crafts, dancing, and dessert! Children will get the opportunity to meet some of their favorite princesses and dance/sing along with live performances. Each child will receive a goody bag to take home. Pre-registration required for participants. Adults are free, two adults per child maximum.
