What's New at the Wheeling Park District
FREE! Concert - Featuring "String Fusion " on Wednesday, August 4, 7 PM at the Aquatic Center. Beginning at 6:30PM, admission to the Aquatic Center is free! Concessions are available - no food or drink may be brought into the facility. In case of inclement weather, concerts are not held.
Fall Youth Soccer League - Registration is now being accepted for children from four years old through eighth grade at the Guest Service Desk or online. For more information, click here.
Wheeling Farm Stand Market - Visit the Farmers Market at Wheeling Park District every Tuesday from Noon to 6 PM at the southeast corner of Northgate Parkway and Dundee Road. For more information, go to www.wheelingfarmstand.com.
Family Learning Program Benefit Golf Outing - The Wheeling Park District and School District #21 are partnering to support the Family Learning Program. ON Tuesday, August 10 play a round of golf on Traditions at Chevy Chase Golf Club and join us for a fun day and a great cause! Summer Sizzle Softball Tournament - Register today for this fun, one-day event on Saturday, August 7, at Heritage Park. The tournament, for adults 18 years and up, features both 12" and 16" tournaments running simultaneously in a double elimination format. Heritage Classic 5K/10K Run & 1-Mile Walk to benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure - The Wheeling Park District is very pleased to be able to partner with the Susan G. Komen Foundation in conjunction with the Heritage Classic races on Sunday, October 3 in Heritage Park. Ten dollars from every registration fee will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
